Genset pre and post procurement service

In middle of 2022, Super best equipment has been entrusted by a foreign client in North American to conduct 1）Genset inspection/selection service and 2) Genset packing and logistic service

1）Pre procurement: genset inspection/selection service

Engineer from Super best equipment has selected 2 of them from 13 same gensets to conduct 3rd party objective evaluation on these 3 gensets and then generate report to clients.

This inspection covers visual check on camshaft, crankpin, flywheel, speed sensor, control box , external interface, emergency stop, governor and check on shop test report.  

2) Post procurement: Genset packing and logistic service

Check and count product on packing list before close each cases, verifying dimensions, weights and make sure well fixed and packaged such over heavy and oversize cases during long sea freight moving. Supports with road permit to port and prepare lift tool during port transit.  

Through project delivery, client saves travel expenses and time of oversea client, we facilitate the procurement and shipping, well integrates the inspection with future installation and commissioning.
