Thirty-eight years ago, the young Alone Ma has went on his career path of engine care on the sea which is motivated by his the love and passion for ship equipment . At that time, he is empty brain , learn by doing on every details of engine , such as disassembling machines, memorizing parts name, and learn its work principles. His hands became calloused, while he understood characteristic of engine.
As a superintendent , Alone Ma has fully understanding on that engine room was full of precision equipment, they are driving force of ship , it is important asset for ship owner and nothing important than perfect technical skills on managing these equipment. He and his colleagues worked for over ten hours , overcoming numerous difficulties, to replace the worn part and resolve the problem.

Over the years, shipping technology has refreshed rapidly. From previous mechanical maintenance to current intelligent management systems, Alone keeps on learning by doing. He understand that if he don't keep up, and he will fall behind. New technologies can better ensure the ship safety, and the more you learn, the more at safe sailing of ship.
